Just made a killer dip for my lamb kebab. Goes like this - 

• 1 good handful of fresh mint
• 2 cloves of garlic
• half a red onion
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 pinch of turmeric, 1 pinch of cumin
• Salt to taste

Chop it all fine as fuck or give it a waz.

Nice with lamb, yoghurt/mayo and any kind of wrap.
