Just made a killer dip for my lamb kebab. Goes like this -
1 good handful of fresh mint
2 cloves of garlic
half a red onion
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 pinch of turmeric, 1 pinch of cumin
Salt to taste
Chop it all fine as fuck or give it a waz.
Nice with lamb, yoghurt/mayo and any kind of wrap.
The stench (spice, urine, perfume), the noise, (horns, cries, whispers),
The heat and it’s closeness,
The poverty,
(Self disdain and helpless disgust)
Small price.
